Bilstein + H&R / BC Racing

Hello,

I recently purchased a z4 coupe. I use the car mainly on normal roads. So I don't want the car to be too stiff and harsh.
I have plans to lower my z4 coupe. I am thinking about buying bilstein b12 with H&R springs - 35mm.
I can also buy a coilover kit from BC Racing not much more.

Maybe you have some opinions about them?
Maybe you also have some other setups worth recommending?

PS. Sorry for my english, is not the best :)

Thanks for the answers.

Never tried Bilstein. I fitted Konis with H&R + 20mm risers (35mm is way too low for road use - particularly on the front - You won't make it over speed humps and the apron will bottom out on even mild depressions)

I love this setup. The handling is very sporty but forgiving enough to be comfortable enough on the sh*t roads we have Down Under as the H&Rs are sporty but also very progressive. Konis are set on minimum damping.

Interested in this as I don't want to lower either. What brand of risers did you fit?

These ones - which result in 15mm lowering with H&R springs (10-15mm is ideal for aesthetics IMHO):

I also replaced most of the bushings - incl. steering control arms - with poly ones. This along with the suspension refresh was transformational. The handling is now superb! Beats that of my M3 (which also has poly bushings and Konis) hands down.
