No, I don't know much about them I'm afraid, I bought this one because it was what everyone else uses and was recommended. I'm sure someone else will jump in and let you know.

I use Sea Suckers on my e86 (there's a few other brands about now), they work really well. I've used them on a few cars over the years, and been all over Europe with them

Thats my old MC with the Saris Bones 3 carrying a hardtail MTB. Worked beautifully.
Just make sure you get some hatch saver things to soften the connection inside the car shut lines. Halfords do them pretty cheaply.

For future reference and because I happened to use it today, here's some pictures of a Rockbros suction cup bike carrier on my E86 coupe. Works a charm.
