Bike rack for E85? Was it you I saw?

Never really considered putting my mountain bike on my Zed but then I passed an E85 going the other way in Marple yesterday with a bike hanging off the back.

Was it you?

Anyone successfully fitted a bike rack?
 
Think a few have - I've used the sagaris sentinel on mine after seeing it work on others on here - no complaints with it so far!
 
I have this oem setup fitted! keep saying Im going to buy a new bootlid tho :(

I saw a Z4 with the boot rails on the other day, and I must admit it didn't look as bad as I though it might.

Like you though I keep thinkng about getting another boot incase I change my mind about my rear spoiler.

Was talking about this today with another forum member - whatever possessed BMW to make a rack for a roadster that wasn't easily removable? :headbang:

Never used the thing just stuck it on the car for a photo! Seen a bootlid on ebay the other day for £120, but a xenon light switch came up also, so bought the lightswitch and the bootlid went :( .To be honest Andy really want to change the bootlid but a little worried how to change the locks on the bootlid! Its one of those jobs I could of done by now, just not that confident
 
The Z4 that pulled out of KFC while we were having a break on the Tayside run had those things fitted. First time I'd ever seen them on a z4.
 
Pawnsacrifice has used a removable bike rack before. If you're looking for removable? Very good I hear. Just need to attach it prior to a jaunt. And remove if leaving car long time stationary.
 
Hmmm...that may be the same colour as mine and I may need a rack. Might be interested in a swap if we can work out swapping the locks...

He even shot a video to prove, but I could never bring myself to fit onto my car so bought an old banger instead to carry the bike and kids.
