For anyone else reading the thread - it would appear Carly’s latest update (at least for Android) has killed connecting to the BT adapter! It refused to work for a good half hour I reckon.
In the end I had to manually pair it with my tablet (pin is 1234). Then in the app settings I had to set manual connection, turning off auto-detect, and making sure it said Bluetooth (and not BLE or BLUETOOTH LOW ENERGY) and it *finally* connected!!

Yep, absolutely. I'd had three automatic flashes on my Audis for 10 years until my current one came with four. Game changer! The perfect number for motorway lane change speedMr Tidy said:

Mines working now after the new update! Can you tell me where the option is on Carly for the 3 flash indicators... I can’t find it?

It was under the LSM or LZW (I forget exactly the module 3 letters) -- Lights Switch Module anyways
. I only did it a few hours ago and can't even remember what it was called haha - something like auto-flash or auto turn. It's set to "Once" as default, you have to change it to "Three" it's NOT listed as obvious as "3 flash turn" lol - that would just be too easy
