Thanks for all the comments ladies and gents. I like the locomotive comparisons. The jag/train conversion done on top gear looked great imo........hmmmmm subconscious inspiration?.......

I was nt expecting anyone to really agree with the choice of colour, but its probably the main reason I still love em

I'd have the mirrors, bottom of the bumpers, front and back, grill and stubby painted too, let the colour flow!!
