Big engine - real big engine

So we all think of a big engine in out car. Perhaps 500hp maybe even a 1,000??

Try this then 108,000 hp and 5.6mm lb/ft torque all at just 102rpm. Downside is 1600 gallons per hour in efficient mode. The engine stats are mind boggling

Dang... imagine how long our bonnets would have to be to squeeze an engine like that in our Zeds.

It would be four times the length of your car and three times the height. You would not see much I'm afraid :lol:

No doubt that will get you off the line quickly but I am still trying to imaging what vehicle that could be in. That engine makes a Rail locomotive seem tiny.

I believe the first one went into a bulk tanker in Late 2006. Chosen by manufacturers who prefere a single engine powered vessel
