Better runflats than the Potenzas?

I also ran Michelin on my zed,as were recommended on this forum and what a difference they were to Bridgestone, the strange thing was everybody says ditch them yet in the winter I ran NORMAL 16" tyres which felt worse....JMO

I've been a relatively sole voice for different brands of run flat on here for a while...

I switched my zed to Michelin ZP run flat tyres and never looked back, simply great tyres. We noticed the difference just dropping down a dropped kerb off the garage forecourt. So much more give and compliance which inspired much more confidence :driving:

Pirelli Cinturato P7 run flats of my F10 M Sport are great, you wouldn't think they were run flats, also tried them on an F30 M Sport.

They're not cheap but Continental do some 'Run Flat' Tyres that don't use solid side walls. Instead they have a layer of goo that seals over anything that punctures the tyre (Called ContiSeal) http://www.continental-tyres.co.uk/car/technology/extended-mobility-main/contiseal

I had some on my Scirocco that were excellent and indeed ran with a puncture (a nail) for 3 weeks - needed to top up with air once but drove as if perfect.

Same here and highways seemed to have resurfaced A27 removing all the truck ruts on journey home
