better pics of the 108's

At last managed to find 5 minutes to get the zed out and take some pics of the new 108's on the car. (can't believe that with all the nice weather we've had I've been away and not been able to use it!! :x )

anyway - did this with the centre caps.... as the casing is a 'mid grey' plastic (the bottom piece is still that colour), so sprayed up the outers in metallic grey to match the rims.

centre 'spokes' are darker than the outer rims and are darker in real life than they appear in the pics. (zed is very dusty :oops: ...hence my 'wanted' thread for a cover!)

Can't help you there sorry, I bought them via this site already done. You might ask someone like sirwacko as he's just had his MV2's done.
 
That looks really nice on a black Z. I hope they're not too much darker than the photos as that looks real classy. Going to dark just looks a bit modded to me.

Maybe do your calipers black like mine with decals just to give a touch of detail...

No they look about the saem colour on the site (but looked a bit lighter when I was looking at them on the camera)

yep - painting the calipers is next :thumbsup:

yours look great - especially with the decals. Where did you get those or did you have them made mate?
 
You can buy the decals on Ebay. I used black hammerite paint, stuck the decals on and then a few coats of regular lacquer over the top. That photo is 2 years ago now and they're still looking good today.

Black paint is a nice subtle way of tidying them up but without drawing too much attention to how small they are, although mine now have yellowstuff pads in them which do stand out quite a bit :D
