Best way to bed in new pads and rotors?

Hi gang, just got some new pads and rotors on the car, whats the best way to bed them in?

Makes sense with oem buddy

Beds them in softer and gives a better life to them

Race as I've always known are Jump on them

As you don't see race cars with new discs and pads hanging about on corners
