As someone told me when I was living in Holland .......
"We have no intention of stopping you driving big horsepower, gas guzzling, hugely polluting motors ..... not at all, we are just going to make it painfull "........ :D

Paid mine today... feel intruded but made sure I enjoyed the drive home from work. Rev's a plenty windows open :)
