Best tool for programming/code reading?

I've been given some guidance to go for a CT110 or for full programming bcables.com.

I've not found bcables too easy to follow from their website and when searching reviews most posts (not from this forum) say avoid, nothing works, no response for any help/issues. It also appears to be too cheap to be true.

I'd like to be able to program the wing mirrors and roof for one touch close (or whatever it is called) re-sync keys etc. but I only want to spend once.

Any advice?

Just get a £10 DCAN cable and then get the BMW software (e.g. NCSExpert).

Not the simplest, but the cheapest and most powerful.
Not 100% it can do keys though.
