Best specialists in South Wales area?

Hi guys,
I've seen quite a few threads regarding this that are very old and probably not accurate anymore. I'm wary of going anywhere without current reviews as I had a pretty poor experience last time.

BMW Indy Choices are in nearest order are:

1) Promotive (in Rogerstone)
2) Summerhayes in Aberbeeg
3) Autotech in Ponthir (nr Caerleon)
All of the above know their BMW's
and lastly Forza in Caldicot, but I've had hit & miss experiences with them
 
I would avoid Promotive as well, one experience with them charged over £90 just to diagnose a bad Maf then wanted an arm and leg to supply and fit a new one on top. Took it away and fixed it myself. Also got me interested in diagnostics and set myself up with all the software. Only time my Z3 and Z4 now go to a garage is for MOT, do anything else that crops up myself.
