Best sonic enhancement - new exhaust, mufflers, etc?

For discussion - what's the best upgrade sonically on a Z4M - change of exhaust, mufflers, etc. and what have you heard that makes it sound better?

I've heard Gruppe is impressive but there are so many options out there, I'm interested to see what others think! :thumbsup:
 
This is very much a taste thing...Some exhausts make the M sound is raspy, others lose the essence of the car. Plenty of diff systems on Youtube...IK - Gruppe M - Overpriced and imo the design is no where near as good as some of there other ones. (DC5/E46/355 etc) Thorney are making a CSL replica which is worth a look. Also Birds/carbon goeke are makin some tidy stuff..>All at a price tho.
 
Exhaust gives you the extra sound if that sort of thing impresses you. :) It sure does with me! Love waking the neighbours
