Best place to source a door membrane

Afternoon all

I appear to have a slight leak in the driver's side footwell. Pretty sure it's the classic door membrane that needs replacing as the one in the door at the moment has previously been stuck back together.

Anyone know where the best place to source one would be? I don't mind if it's second hand so long as it's not ripped (I managed to remove one successfully a few weeks ago but I know from experience it's a nightmare job!).

Thanks Martin. Wasn't sure if this would be a part that's cheaper from BMW than anywhere else. I'll give my local dealers a call on Monday to see if they can offer any sort of discount.

I would recommend forgetting about Butyl tape, it's rubbish.
Use Tec7 black sealant. Works a treat.

I still have half a roll of butyl left from the passenger door so will stick that on and hope it does a good job!
