best of having an old campervan !

Thought we'd take the old campervan out today for an airing - dropped in to the local spar shop to get a paper - reversing it out of the car park slowly and bang - managed to hit the corner of a wall and made a nice dent in the bumper - being a VW no other damage done . Bums I thought to myself but relieved it wasn't the zed !

Got back home - took me 5 minutes to take bumper off ( 4 screws ) . another 5 minutes applying a lump hammer to knock out dent - further 10 minutes or so with aerosol paint ( black ) - refitted bumper - job done ! Can hardly see dent but will add another flower decal tomorrow to hide everything.

I'm not putting up any photos cos you lot will take the mick out of our 23 yr old van.
 
I for one want to see this camper van am a huge fan,come on pleaseeee.... :worthless: had to be done :D

My wife wanted the flower decals - like most men I do what I'm told - used to argue when I was younger but now give in straightaway as it saves time!
