That's because there are so many more members that drive E85's Gramps, and the elderly don't like change

If you look closely, its not the original whippy antenna. Its a somewhat intermediate model between the original whippy and the stubby.
So somewhere inbetween (20cm long or so).
I think it comes from some VAG car but I'm not sure on that.
