I've seen the one you are referring to a few times in the more rough areas of Sheffield.

Was I far off though? Guy looked well dodgy didn't he, yes it was sheff, I remember the police man who got bullied by the guy had a really strong Sheff accent.

The one thing that gets me about young uns who work on the looks of their cars, they neglect the mechanical side of things....mostly the way.
