Best GT car

Some good inputs, thanks :)

I like the 6 serie, always seems like a big sister of the Z4. Fit with prices as well.

However I can't name it the best GT car available as I think it misses the class of "classic GT". Same with the Mercedes CL500. Undeniable good cars, fast and comfortable, but not stylish or luxury enough to truly compete in the GT category like a Maserati does. I find the 4200 coupe unfortunately outdated as for the exterior design, despite the wonderful engine inside... and newer models are just out of budget.
Same for 2004 Bentley Continental GT...

Any other suggestion within the (difficult) price range ? :D

Personally I loved the M6 the most from those.

That advert is all wrong I think because I thought they never did a M6 in that shape it was only the 635i csi or M635i csi and the performance specs are for the current DCT M6 yet that car is a 3.5 litre manual.

I could be wrong though.

It does say it's an M635 in the advert. Plus on the wall next to the sample picture with the M1, Just the head line set to grab your attention, is a bit cheeky.

My Aunt had one of these back in the day. Lovely cars.

That's Gorgeous  .

There is the small matter of the 25k price limit the OP put on this thread though. :poke:

One day they might be £25k - Although I doubt it very much.

Besides I covered that in my first post ;) - Life's too short for budgets :D

Haha, try to explain that to my banker
I would personally rather go the SLS if no restrictions!

Another one: Corvette C6 2008 LS3, V8 (what else..)
Decent examples can be found for £25k and even below, and it is hard to find a better compromise between price/performances.
Just requires clarification is the question of comfort and overall feeling inside. And this is where the XKR is expecting to overstep the Vette...
Could the C6 be still considered as a GT?
