Only had my Z4 for a month or so and thanks to this forum I think I have managed to turn a great car into a fantastic car.
my take on the mods advised on here
Clutch delay valve - what a transformation nearly the best ( cheapest !) mod, if you havnt done it ......do it
gaptech roof module - having been caught at lights whilst raining and not being able to move until hood is up, people blasting horns,i ordered and fit the RCH+ easy fit and how cool to raise the roof whilst walking away from the car.
Clearing roof drains, compared to my friends roof motor mine sounded very lethargic, drained lots of water after unblocking and hey presto no more noise from motor and hood rises a little quicker.
Ditching the run flats, what a difference from quite frankly dangerous handling to a car that feels like a sports car
running Uniroyal rainsport 3's brilliant tyre this time of year, will have to see how they are in the summer, but had them on my TTs and never let go.
fitting 20mm spaces to rear wheels, I think this mod is cosmetic but im sure its improved the handling ??!!
New backs for the headlights ( no more misting up £28 for two well made up with this ).
Aux cable from fruity cables nice to play music off phone.
And finally clear 3rd brake light ( as old one had broken) fitted a clear one looks much better
that's it for now, biking season starts soon, so funds transferring to Track bike maintenance and holiday at the TT so further mods start sept 16.
once again thanks and keep up the good work

some good tweaks & a fine choice of rubber with UniRS3s
