Hi. I am selling my wheels with tyres on ebay and wanting to post by courier but dont know of a good cheap company. Any ideas? Also what is the best way to package them? Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

Interparcel or Parcel2Go are usually quite cheap.

Normally just wrap them in bubble-wrap and cover the faces of the alloys in a single piece of thick cardboard (loads to be found in Halford's skips - from bikes).

Try www.shiply.com

Its the e-bay for couriers. I've used them for a few different times for shipping large items.

Basically they are commercial couriers who are picking up parcels and packages, which can be delivered on their return journeys. Its worked well for me in the past, and has been very cheap.

If your selling your item on eBay its really easy as the two sites are integrated. Just input your item number, and couriers respond in a few hours with their quotes. You just pick and accept one.

parcel2go are really good, the actual courier who colected them was DHL. I've used them for about 4 or 5 big items. no problems whatsoever.

I've sent 4 sets of wheels through Parcel2Go for just over £40 a time. Excellent service every time.
