Huge can of worms opened there.
 This is never going to end well lol.
Ok OP, i'm going to try and give you suggestions based on what i have used but i am going to add in the cavaet now that there are many good products you can use and sometimes the differences are few and far between. Also, there are many products i haven't used because frankly, its an expensive hobby.
1. Bodywork
Oh boy, first huge can ...
Cleaner = Optimum No Rinse - probably get slaughtered for this but i love it. Very versatile also - makes great window cleaner, clay lubricant, bird shite cleaner.
Pre-wax cleanser / Polish = Not going to mention - this is a whole sub-category with many different products for different needs.
Glaze = Poorboys blackhole
Sealant = Fusso Coat - i consider this more of a sealant vs being a wax
Wax = Dodo Juice Purple Haze / Dodo Juice Black Widow - i have not tried many different waxes, this list can also be very large.
Quick Detailer = Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer
Wheels = Bilt Hamber Auto Wheel
Tyre Shine = Meguiars Endurance High Gloss Tyre
2. Interior Dash
I would just use the Optimum No Rinse and follow up with an interior dressing - my cheap suggestion is 'Sam's Interior Dressing'. Its ok.
3. Leather Seats
Autoglym Leather Cleaner and Protect Cream
4. Roof
Autoglym Fabric Hood Cleaner Kit. If your hood is in good shape this will be good enough. However, advice, some people recommend not using the protectant spray as it tightens the fabric. Renovo is also highly recommended.
5. Waterless Wax
See my suggestions above.
Other suggestions = Bilt Hamber Double Speed Wax / Soft99 Premium Authentic (i would like to try this) / Nattys Paste is also popular / Collinite ... very budget dependent this
Honestly you could go on for days with cleaning products ... www.cleanyourcar.co.uk is a good resource for product reviews.
