Dirty rotten scumbag f$%kers!!!!!!!!!!!!

:x

Hope you get it sorted to perfection.

Remember to report it to the Police. There may have been other cars in the area that suffered similar damage.

Yo man, yea reported it as soon as it was spotted. Nothing else done in the area. my neighbors have cctv so trying to see who comes in and out of the street between the hours it happened. Not the best :(

I didn't realise this happened at your home :x . That's not good at all.

Was it parked in the street and is there much through pedestrian traffic?

Some cnuts about.

Chips Away are your friend here. They'll do a good job on it at a reasonable price.

I'm really not so sure about that Stuart, I've heard good and bad things about them and its dependent on the day and the guy doing the job at the end of the day. I would say that job is too large for a smart repair and requires a proper bodyshop. If you had a smart repair done as in chips away I would be 80% sure they would cock it up. With it being a lighter metallic colour it only has to be slightly out or sprayed incorectly and you will get a metallic bloom that will look terrible and be obvious straight away. You might get away with it on darker metallics but not titanium. Only way is to respray all the panels and blend it. With it being a newish BMW I would go with them to keep any Paint warranty intact.

Sickening to see the pics :(

Tim.

the 12 warranty I will lose on those panels that get sprayed. I have ordered G3 scratch remover, titanium touch up paint and 4k sandpaper. I've done some body work before, can't afford to get the car sprayed atm, so im going to see what i can do myself to try cover it up a bit. Wish me luck :) will let you see some pics when i'm done and show you how i get on. Cheers for all the advice guys!

I agree Tim, had a few smart repairs, even if they look ok at pick up, the longevity has been poor in my experience. Also don't look at a smart repair under a street lamp, you'll cry....

Good luck Skinner, last time this happened to me, on a Titan Silver 5 series, I tried everything, but ended up in a BMW body shop, outcome was perfect, but wallet took a hammering

Biggest worry in my opinion is not the touch up work but the car getting covered in overspray of lacquer. No matter how much the car gets covered it always happens. That's why I always insist that my bumpers are taken off when resprayed.....I don't want to have to spend 4 hours claying my car and wheels....
