Bertini body kit for a Z3.... thoughts?

Apologies if this has been discussed before, but I've just come across this

http://www.bertinigt25.com/

Whilst I am not a fan of fibreglass MR2 based Ferrari replicas and the like... I can't quite decide if I like this one or not. It doesn't appear to be trying to be anything other than a bodykit for a Z3 really and despite heavy styling queues including a Z8-like rear end, seems to be an original design.

I think I might like it (not enought to get one of course)... thoughts?

I thought I had seen this before.

I don't understand why you'd do that to a Z3 unless it had some mangled panels. But I do think it looks good. :thumbsup:

I can, but then the Z3 has never really appealed to me aesthetically.

Still - I think I'd probably buy a car I liked in the first place :-)

Another reason for doing it is that it does appear to increase significantly the value of your car;

Seriously though - HOW MUCH? I mean, it's quite nice... but it's just some nice looking fibreglass bolted to car ffs.

1st ever Bertini, own a bit of history
:rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

Each to his own - It's just not real :( :( :( :( :(

Personally I would prefer an original 2.8 Z3 - almost bought one just before my first Z4 3 years ago - it was a 97 2.8 in red with only 24k miles - absolutely stunning - unfortunately seller sold it to somebody else :(
