I'll try and see if I can make it. Depends on how the other half feels since I'm picking him up at Heathrow at 6:30 Sunday morning.
I mean, who wouldn't want to come off a red eye and on a Sunday hoon?

...can I point out the elephant in the room and say "looks like it's going to be Sunday then..."?
:poke:
 I think you might be right there!

So confirmed date: Sunday 23rd February

Location: The Bushe Cafe, Blackbushe Airport
http://www.thebushecafe.co.uk/id2.html

Time: 7.30am onwards (Cafe opens at 8.30 for those that want food)

Wilbo, could I suggest an earlier meet?

From 9am onwards there will be quite a bit of traffic on the roads, a meet at 07:30 would be better to allow the route to flow and to minimise the chance of the group being split.

I am more than happy with an earlier meet, just wasnt sure how far people were travelling, I will amend to 7.30/8. If we are intending on getting some brekky, the cafe opens at 8.30.

EDIT: Just re-read your post. i dont mind if we have a static meet first or a drive then come back for breakfast. I guess we can meet there at 7.30 and then decide (just hope car park is open if the cafe isnt?). I can pop down this Sunday to take a look.

Does anyone know what the roads are like around there at the moment? I know parts of East Berkshire are fairly waterlogged. Not sure about down that way.

Not noticed too much flooding here, but then again not done much driving lately!

An early drive followed by brekky might be a good idea IMO

Can the OP be edited to include a total guest list?

Along with time/date/plan etc.
Just amended it. As stated, if anyone knows the area well enough to suggest a route for a drive, would be appreciated.

Fingers crossed for decent weather.

So far, the list looks like this:
