Bent it......

Aaaaaaagh, in a hurry, jacked up the rear to remove wheel and put the axel stand under a strap of metal that runs from the centre rear of the car forwards to the side. There is another one on the other side forming a triangle. Let the jack down and bent it a bit. Does this matter ? Do I need to get it off and straighten it? Anything to do with geometry ? I hope not. :headbang:

They are called pullrods, there are two of them, there is also one pushrod and their job is to create torsional stiffness to the chassis, it won't make that much difference unless you have severely deformed it, however it is easy to take off if you want to straighten it, 2 x 18mm bolts and 1 x 13mm bolt

Thanks for the reply. Only slightly deformed so I wont be in a hurry to straighten. Next time I have a few hours spare that will be on the list. Many thanks.
