SCUFFED WHEEL where they had put it back on :x

said they would foot the refurb bill..... :|

I have to take it to refurb place myself tomorrow :!: :!:

Makes you wonder eh, when these Idiots employ mechanics why they always take on Plebs.

A lesson i have learnt in life, Angry customer on the phone very easy to deal with and you can always hang up on them and make it someone elses problem,

Angry Customer in your face demanding explanations etc, not so easy to walk away from and more often than not results in a better outcome for the angry customer.

I have had very poor service here...

I was fleeced for £100 due to them doing unapproved work and charging me for diagnostic work...

Their "Service advisor's" are a complete joke. Having looked at their showroom is it any wonder that they have to recoup their money somehow...

I have done away with them...

Despite me having an AUC warranty, i have always left that place with a very sour taste in my mouth..

Keep an accurate record of the time, distance/mileage, inconvenience of being without the car etc you use to get this done and claim this back from the dealer. This should not be in the form of a goodwill gesture, for example 10% off your next service as you have by now (and I hope.....!) lost confidence in them. Might be too late but get them to agree this before embarking on the refurb.
