In 1995 just around the corner in Dudley Road I got badly beaten (head smashed in with a baseball bat) and robbed by 4 black guys, I'd only pulled up and popped into a post office at lunch time, only handy thing was there is a hospital in Dudley Road so ambulance didnt have far to go.
In 1997 I was driving down Winson Green Road again just 100 metres around the corner, in my company Audi A4 and heard a bang, didnt stop until I got to my destination at the other side of Birmingham and found a bullet had gone through the front wing and was embeded in the engine.
I resigned from my job working in and around Birmingham a week later

We used to have them turn up to our retail stores and I'm told you can tell they don't want a job as they are totally disinterested but they have to go on a number of interviews so they keep their Jobseekers allowance, however our vacancies are no longer registered with the Jobcentre.

Just watched this on catchup, they should rename the road....scum central :roll:
I want to see what excitement's about and it's showing on repeat on Ch4 now so will watch it.
