Been playing with my birthday present...

For my 30th I received a DA-6 with bits and bobs, so today I set aside a few hours (8 to be precise) and set to work.

I decided that the British weather cant be trusted so I put up our new gazebo. The neighbours must have thought I had sunk to new levels of car geek....but I felt quite professional:

And after many hours later the finished article. I'm pleased with the results, the DA polisher definately produced better results than I ever could by hand, however I was disappointed that I didnt manage to get rid some of the deeper swirl marks. However I think that I will save that for another day and perhaps a slightly coarser polish.

 Ace results. And dont worry about the car geek thing. It resides in us all and we all have our own spiritual gazebo (mine's green though) :D

just think if youd not bought that reg you could have been detailing an 'M' I have a meguires polisher and found it quite difficult to get a good finish being a novice and all

Montego blue coupes are simply stunning. Very nice job on the detail! 8)

Is it a Montego Blue, or Maldives blue? Whichever one it is, my favorite colour though am a little biased,
