Hello,

Advice needed from anyone that has changed to BC coilovers on their E86 . I have looked at posts for coilovers and you tube videos but I cant find a definite answer as to what oe parts need to be re-used or replaced when changing from the m sport shocks and springs even though it is mentioned that oe parts have to be re-used . If anyone has done this I would appreciate a list of any parts that are needed before I start . I am assuming it will be along the lines of the foam bump stops at the rear and reinforcement plates . I have seen on some videos that the foam parts have to be adapted for some BMW vehicles .

Thanks in advance

If you're going for BCs, you use exactly 0 of the OEM parts. It comes fully set up. And they're great, I've been running them for 6 months now - far superior to the Bilstein + Eibach OEM+ set up I had before.

Thanks for your reply . That`s good news . I have read through your post on fitting them and will send you a PM about the drop links supplied  .

Just get front and rear reinforcement plates and you are golden. Shorter drop links are included.
