BBS CH...245/45/18....265.40/18

I have a 2007 Z4 coupe with sport package...235/40/18 up front and 255/35/18 rear.....I found a near perfect set of BBS CH wheels already mounted with 245/45/18 up front and 265/40/18 rear....Overall diameter increases just a little over an inch.
Do you think they will fit? or are those tires too big.

Your fronts are already bigger than the standard 225/40r18.
