I looking to sell a set of BBS CK016 18"x8.5 brilliant sliver wheels - less than a year old
They were originally on my 06' plate Z4 but I recently changed cars (as shown in the pics) so they have been sitting around in a lock up since the beginning of November. They were originally bought from rimstyle.com in Feb 2011 ( I have the receipt on hand) and came off the car at the beginning of November, they have roughly done about 8K and there is tonnes of tread left.
About the description:-
The tyres currently on them are as follow 3 No. Falken FK452 225/40 2R18 and 1 No. Dunlop SP Sport Maxx 225/ 40 2R18 (I got a puncture out while driving and that is what they put on (they are all non-run flats)
About the wheels, I had to re-finish two of the wheels as you can see in the pics but they might need to be re-done as they have been moved at some point in storage (I was quoted £65 each for the two wheels) the other two are in great condition as don't need re-finishing. The wheel with the Dunlop on has the sticky tape that held the weight balance in place as it was moved (must have been done when they put the new tyre on)
I was looking for an offer on the wheels or if reasonable, however if nothing happens I might put them back on, but was looking to get some opinions on keeping the originals (run flats) I have on at the moment or put these back on and re-finish them? The only thing I have to consider is that I will be driving long distances this year and don't really want to fuss with the tyre kits and associated items if I get a puncture on the side of the road.
So to summarise:-
1 No. set of BBS 18" CK016 (3 No. Falken tyre and 1No. Dunlop)
1 No. set of BBS bolts - PFS (5 x 120/ M12 x 1.5 Bolts/ 72.6mm Rings)
1 No. set of locking bolts - BIMECC Lock Bolts (M12 x 1.5 25mm 60d eg)
I originally paid £1020 (brand new) for these. I'm open to offers as I have no need for them now. I have to consider that if someone buys these they will have to pay £130 (or £65 for 2 wheels) to get re-finished -
I live near Uckfield, East Sussex - you would have to come and pick them up.
