BBS 18" Staggered 108's for sale soon!!

Hi, Ordered some new wheels as I fancy a change, so my beloved 108's will be up for sale as too good for winter and lack of storage space, (only selling wheels no tyres)
They were professionally split, stripped, inspected & refurbed a year ago at a cost of over £350, since then they have been cleaned after every trip out and waxed and sealed on a regular basis.
They still look as they did when they were done, no curbing scrapes etc
Pictures of them on car when I bought it as can be seen they weren't bad before I got them done ( just like things to be right OCD!!) Anyway would rather offer them on here before selling elsewhere.
Just judging what interest there may be, looking for £300 collected or couriered at buyers expense. Will try to get more pics on when tyres are removed.

Pictures taken today of each wheel, getting tyres off this weekend all being well, will give it a couple of days on here and then advertise elsewhere as said nowhere to store and not prepared to risk them being stored outside
 
Thats a decent price for a mint set of 108's
Now onto the real business :wink: what are you replacing them with :?
 
Was looking at a set of non OEM 19" instead of 18" but eventually got lured with a set of remanufactured ellipsoids I know not to everyones taste but think they will look the nuts when I've finished with them and done callipers etc

Wheels have been swopped today so need to sell my old ones now no space to store them!! If no interest before Monday I'll put them on eBay for more than I offered them to forum members come on guys do you want to see a decent set of 108's go on ebay??????????????

So as far as I can see I was the 1st person to show a serious interest in these wheels.
I posted it on this thread and sent 2 PM's.

Only to be sent a message today saying "I've spoke to Mr wilks and he's going to take them off me"

WTF!!

So much for forum "gentlemens rules" of 1st one in. :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Whhoooaaa there ,before you go splitting your kipper i would much rather them go to a forum member who wants them & just to clear things up I pm'd Andy Saturday basically saying if he had no takers & wanted rid before ebaying them i would take them .
I was then going to offer them back on here on a PX basis for any member to swap their shabby ones for these for £150
I appreciate the discussion RE adding PM sent to a Sale post but my take on that is once done anyone reading the post might wrongly( or rightly ) assume the item is Sold & not pursue it further :?
Am more than happy to stand down & let someone take them who wants them
