Battrey charging

As I park my car" bonnet in" to the garage and the charger is fixed to the wall at that end ,does anyone think it is possible to charge using the jump start terminal and any metallic earth point. I have one of those smart chargers BTW that allows charging without disconnecting the battrey,so thats not an issue

That's fine, there's an earth terminal as well as the positive you can use, it's on the passenger side strut tower if I remember right.
 
I do it throughout the winter when the z is tucked up, connected to the jump terminals for weeks on end using the smart charger without any issues.
 
Sorry for the late reply to the spoiler request as I've been busy with the family around visisting. I only really managed to get it fitted on Friday with the oil service and got billed £90 for the job!!! Tried fitting it myself when I bought it, not something I would recommend as it is very messy. Anyway, getting back to your request I'll get a pick up this week. Think it looks really cool and not overstated at the same time.
