Battery well drainage.

Have some water in the battery well and reading around I see that there are some drainage holes to be found, but didn't see anything about their location and how to clear specifically.

Is it just a case of removing the battery (needs disconnecting or not?) and poking the holes with a stick?

I didn't find any ... Soak it all up with cloths. Doesn't take long. I'll post a link up to a thread with my troubles ...

No probs. I couldn't be bothered to disconnect the battery and so a bit of time with a small battle or cup then a rag being wrung did the job.

Do you know how the water got in??

Not as yet, only noticed it this afternoon as I was looking at the DSP/amp cabling for a DSP adapter install. Will likely have time to spend on it over the weekend.

If it's not already in your other thread, any insight to offer?
