battery replacement issues

dear forum.
hope all are well. does anyone know of any potential issues to bear in mind before replacing a battery for a facelift 2.0 litre z4 2008? for instance do you need to replace it with a bmw battery? after winter layup alas i need to replace the battery prior to getting the old groove machine back on the road. any thoughts most welcome. keep on trucking :rofl:

Any 096 style battery of similar capacity will suffice, no special requirements on E85. You will have to reset your clock and maybe electric windows.
