I have a Banner Accugard 1800 battery maintainer up for grabs. It's this model, but used and therefore a lot cheaper:

It comes with an extension wire (not sure of length as have never uncoiled it) between the maintainer and the battery connector, and eyelet connectors to permanently connect to the battery. Then just connect to the maintainer and plug into the mains to keep your battery charged when not in use. Photo of the actual thing:

This has been keeping my E30 charged for years, but I have now moved to a CTEK system to keep three cars charged. Price - GBP15 including postage
