Battery conditioner/charger

Having recently had several warning lights up, they have now gone. :D Reading various threads, this may have been down to the battery. I haven't used the car much over the past few months, due to the crap weather, so it was getting hard to turn the engine over.

I thought maybe I should get some sort of trickle-charger to keep the battery in good shape - any suggestions? I saw this one on amazon, seems to get a good review.

I use the Ctek 3.6 on the Lotus. It has a permanent quick release also. The 0.8 is more for smaller bike batteries, you'll want at least the 3.6 which I believe has been replaced by the 3.8 now.
 
Thanks. Will go for the Ctek 3.8 then, plus the cigarette lighter connection, for simplicity (but must first check if the Z4 lighter socket is 'live' with the ignition off).
