Just curious to know if anyone has ever got a new battery out of the BMW AUC warranty scheme?

I asked about mine before I bought it and was told it’s part of the AUC check and is recorded on there. If it’s below 80% (I think) they replace it. I asked if it went within the year and they said it would be covered.
Mine is on a Ctek so I’ve not had to worry about it since

Yes, had the battery on my X1 replaced under AUC warranty a few years back.
I was commuting 50 miles each way to work and the start stop didn’t work.
Took it in, they charged the battery and said to see how it was....can’t remember the exact details, needless to say it didn’t cure the problem so they replaced the battery, which did.
