Had the Z in the dealership yesterday for a couple of little things.
Initial thoughts after yesterday weren't great, they didn't really do what I hoped and charged me alot more then I felt reasonable for doing very little. After the last couple of times I've had it in with them I was very disappointed in what is usually an excellent dealership.
Just had a phonecall from Mike, their aftersales manager. He's apologies, talked through the issues/experience, refunded me nearly 50% of the costs and is giving me a generous, discounted as much as he can, quote for all round brakes and pads which need doing at some point.
So all in all a bit disappointing to start off with through a number of reasons not all to do with Batemans themselves, but given the chance to make amends they've kept a happy customer and will no doubt be getting more custom off me in the future.
