Wanted to share my experiences with this bunch of stealers!
Basically I am very pleased with the service they have provided. When I picked up my Z4M they had misplaced the service book and tried to give me a photocopy. :thumbsdown:
I got them to order a new one and have every service stamp from the different dealers in questions. Lucky for them 3 of the 5 services had been done by them so it was easily done. They posted me the book via recorded delivery within two weeks.
The sales guys (who I won't mention but PM me if you want to know), were a friendly bunch and looked after me. Pushy but not annoying and we came to a deal where both parties are happy. On previous purchases of cars I've found that I usually walk away thinking (I paid too much!! but want that carso end up paying quite close to the asking price
).
I have the car going back to look over a few things u because it's a recent purchase and also because it's under the Approved Used scheme.
I have visited many other bmw dealers and found this one to be the best to date. Good job guys. P.s. I don't work for them or have any ties. Sometimes forums are full of negative press and I just wanted to share my positive experience!
