As some of you may have read in an earlier post I managed to pick up a new second-hand roof canvas for £250.... so today was the day it was being fitted.
Through a bit of Internet searching managed to find this guy from Stoke-on-Trent who has fitted soft top roofs all his working career, he drove down from Stoke-on-Trent arrived at my house at 8:30 stripped all the roof down put the new canvas on and was finished by 12:30 even hoovered the inside of my car and gave me a free pen absolute genius all for £300..... the only downside is the roof needs to stay closed for between 7 and 10 days to allow the material to stretch the weather is going to break anyway isn't it

Great job! Unsure how he managed to do it in 4 hours. He must be a magician

Looks lovely  My personal advice, having had a new roof fabric myself, is to not put any waterproof products on it. Keep it as intended, a permeable material
