Great heads up!

Provisionally mine :D

Anyone know/ can measure the dimensions of a hard top & approx. weight so I can get a quote from Paisley Freight.

TIA

Brian, I remember Byron asking for dimensions for this to see if it’d fit in his van. Unfortunately I’m no bloody help re the weight

Cheers, I went outside and took some dimensions off my car, can't be to far out eh? :D
Best check you have all the correct fixings this time Brian. Could be an expensive hobby. :poke: :D

Paisley Freight can't do it, any other suggestions on couriers.

Fed Ex/ DHL are out too!

I recall true blue using a Shipley car specialist to pick up unwrapped/unpackaged wheels. Might be worth a try

Shiply is your friend here!

Get a quote out

I just sent a bonnet which is similar dimensions for £70

That’s a good price. If it was me I would drive up now, in case it goes. 4 hours there and back, not that bad for a very cheap hard top. Plus if it’s damaged you will see.

You're welcome, had it been local to me I would have had it and sold it on, just a tad too far from Newcastle!

Think it's 4 hours each way from Norwich to Bournemouth.

Did longer and back in a day many years ago to pick up an MR2 roadster hard top, get it done.
In his defence, after a recent liver transplant and subsequent serious issues, I would imagine the prospect of driving that far may seem a little daunting.
I'd go with Stuart's suggestion and try Shiply.

£83 via Shiply for the hard top as one package and the stand as another package! Can't say fairer than that!

Probably cost me that in petrol :D

& EZ is right, at the moment a bit too far for me to drive :(
