Hi all, wanting to replace all the badges on my car today as they're all old and faded.

Taken the boot badge off and it has prongs sticking out and my replacement badge also has prongs sticking out, so neither side is female. Does anybody know of any replacement badges that are female to stick onto the prongs that are on the boot or what the solution is?


Same thing with the side indicator lights there are no slots to insert when I removed the existing badge, it looks like it was glued on in the past? Anybody know how you do this without glue going all over the car/having to hold the badge in place while it dries?
 
Not sure about the boot. But the rear badges should have holes in (female) and the indicator housing should have two prongs (male).

Ah mate think you might have just saved my bacon! Looks like these are the ticket, couldn't find any like this only the ones with the prongs sticking out.
 
Yes I think the badge is bespoke to our indicator, so not the "common" boot or bonnet style badge :)
 
A lot of fake badges come with the prongs on the back. You just cut them off and use some foam tape to stick them onto the indicators.
 
OP are you replacing bonnet badge as well? If so please share a good link for sourcing the part mines chipped and would like to tidy up.

You can only get gen on the bonnet badge due to the odd size, the rest are easy to find on ebay
 
I bought a front badge for my car from BMW Park Lane via Amazon for £40 and a few pence, but I did later find someone selling just the 70mm sticker - no idea if it works though, but I might have tried it if I had found it in time.
