You are right bad there are a lot of people who get upset about it. but they put the m badge on any car with lowerd suspension fat steering wheel special seats. But no performance. I can make you a badge I am looking to make some Z4 badges.

That's actually not a bad idea! What if we had a badge for all those Zed's out there that are non-M's and also non-standard? Something both parties can live with?

Do an MM badge with appropriate styling. It could become your brand...

I was going to do a simple z4 logo. To go in my //M style wheels but this cold have legs a non //M but modified zed logo?????? Ideas on a postcard please :D

Jonny you don't hold back got the same decals on my car. I think they look great behind the wheels.

+1

Anything should be allowed, even if it's not to everyone's taste. You're not styling a car for the rest of the world, you are the one enjoying it!

Fair one bad and our right. But as soon as you do it and post pictures. We are kind of open to other people's opinions. I am sure when I get pics of my next mod up people will have differing opinions?! But I don't really care it my car after all

Like this?

:D  that's so good if I could machine that. That's what it would be. I suppose I could but with no red and blue. It might that

Can you take a photo of your air filter?

Sure thing. It's simply a K&N filter in the original housing, but it does give a noticeable difference in sound above 3.000 rpm. The airscoop is homemade:

the scoop got me confused! didn't you you made it. Looks good IMO! You saw a noticeable difference by changing the OEM filter with the K&N?

Yes, The dyno test showed a 4 bhp increase: 174 bhp instead of 170 bhp. It was tested when I got my remap. You won't notice the difference in power off course, but it is noticeble that the car "breathes" much better, and you get a nice growl above 3.000 rpm. Not as much as an AFE filter for example, but still a much nicer sound then original.

Hi guys, just made this how to for the forum, I'll give it a go when I find the parts!

Was a little bored tonight as I was home early from work, so fitted my new multi-functional steering wheel... This just looks soooo much better!! And thank god it works too :-)

Fitting was pretty easy thanks to the how-to on this forum
