I am also considering to replace my headlight bulbs with xenon-look bulbs. Does anyone know which bulbs or type of bulbs I need? :)

I have changed mine approx 1hr ago! I purchased some fairly cheap xenon "look" ones off eBay for a few £. Brightness seems to have improved slightly. I also raised the alignment using the adjuster screws under the bonnet to achieve a further distance as they were pretty low beforehand. Much safer now :thumbsup:

That is verry easy; on the pre fl wiring is already there. You just need the control stick from the dealer (in the Netherlands roughly EUR 65), some handtools and 45 minutes of your own time...

It was also 65 euro for mine, exact part number can be found in the how-to above. I used a Dremel to cut out along the line on the cover below the steering wheel. of course you can just buy the adapted cover from BMW, than you only need a screwdriver to fit... But I found it a waste of money, dunno how much the cover is btw...
 
Hi Bad

Hear is a picture of the five speed gear knob first one/only one coming off the machine. As i will be doing all gear knobs to order now.

I've been looking at the pics of the other parts: the radio knobs on my zed are different: I have the business radio (no GPS), only one round knob (I think), will yours fit?
 
It should do. I was surprised when i made them. I only took the volume button off made 2 then the nav one didn't fit. They are not the same size!! PM me i am sure we can sort something out.
