Bad Valet Parking

This is real. The second video is a news report detailing what happened. I can't imagine my reaction if I learned my car had been treated like this.

As fake as the video may seem, it has been confirmed that a valet at a Hyatt Hotel in downtown St. Louis took customers' cars for a joyride in the underground parking lot. Confirmation comes from the hotel managers, with visual proof of the skidmarks on the ground. The valet company's contract has since been terminated due to the inappropriate behaviour demonstrated by the driver.

Here in the Uk, valet parking is almost unheard of... And I for one am glad!
I'd never trust my car to someone I didn't know, I have a hard enough time handing the keys over at a garage, even the dealer!

You do get it in some places especially in London. But I too would never trust them LOL
 
Just say no to Valet parking... :driving:
Some hotels will tell you that you must use the valet service. I tell them that I don't allow my car to be valet parked and with one exception arrangements were made for me to park myself. The one exception. I went to another hotel.
 
Only place in the UK I've had my car valet parked was at long-term airport parking (the off-site type). Was seriously unimpressed when it came back with mud all up the sides after been driven through just about every muddy puddle in existance...

Not in my Z4 I might add, nobody else will get near that.
