Backrest Width Adjustment

So despite not having electric seats I have found the button to adjust the backrest width.

However it would appear the adjustment only works for the passenger seat.

On the drivers seat despite getting a faint whirring noise when selecting the front adjustment option to decrease the width nothing happens.

I'd be keen to understand if anyone else has had the same issue and managed to resolve.

Could be valve body failed, remove the seat backrest back cover and you'll see a valve body, see if valve body is clicking or it could be a side bolster damaged although this would normally be deflated where as you are saying your is still inflated.

No expert here but first place to check
