Backbox support snapped...what can I do.

Heard weird knocming noise...found this.
What can I do?

Take it to an exhaust centre or local garage and get them to weld it back together.

You can wire it together for now to stop it swinging around and causing damage.

was thinking as much...I'll try something to stop it flapping about for now

i'm in Manchester though...I'll try tying it for now so I can go the gym and stuff and look into an aftermarket backbox

A wire coat hanger makes a good temporary fix.
I've had mine welded three times now all by different places. Fingers crossed the last place has done a better job.

used some strong string to pull the 2 broken piece together...holding it very well..currently bidding on a sports backbox so if i dont win it i'll get this one welded
