Backbox delete on Thursday

Well the z is going to have a backbox delete over in Bristol in Thursday so if anyone is around Thursday afternoon over that way let me know :)
 
Any thoughts on the loss of back pressure affecting bhp and pushing the torque curve up the rev range? Just wonder if anyone has actually noticed any real world difference after a delete?

I love the noise, but it will be going back to standard. Great for short runs, terrible for long runs! I honestly believe its less pokey but in honesty, it could be becasue i can hear every bit of noise that i am just not pushing it enough! great fun mod, but not suitable for me. Dr Z on hear sorted me out a while a go with a super deal, his words to me "Just don't make it a boy racer car", this mod feels a bit like that to me, but then I am getting on a bit!!!!

I think this will be a Marmite mod of the future, you will either love the pop pop bang or hate it. I can't explain it, i just feel like a bit of a tit when I'm not giving a thrash and it still turns heads with the noise.
 
Well I can imagine it's loud. But I have had a crappy couple of months so as long as it puts a smile on my face for a couple if weeks then great. I'm having it so it can go back to standard :)

Sorry that u have had a crappy time pal, it will put a smile on your face, just go flanged up so you can swap about :thumbsup:

I tried it and thought it was to much. Great when your out of town and nobody can see you. Felt like a right dick driving round town.!!!

I ended up modding the OEM backbox and now I'm loving it.!! :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
 
Its a little difficult to get the full affect off a video.

You need to really see it in the flesh. If you are ever around Stourbridge way you are more than welcome to have a listen to mine
