Any suggestion like "i know where you live' etc would be considered blackmail, threatening with menaces or extortion at the very least, sure poster isnt serious but just in case....

And as difficult to prove as a gentleman's agreement to buy.

In a world of mobile phones and CCTV many things that were 'hard to prove' are frequently exposed by social media etc. When I had a joyrider in my zed I went to see legal and mentioned I should tell him I want my money back or i will send the dash cam footage to police, he warned me immediately that it could be seen as blackmail....

I picked this little gem (brand new Exige Sport 350) up, the afternoon before the 35iS was collected..
